Chairman's Message

The ceramic fiber catalytic filter tubes from FLKCAT bring many new ideas for flue gas treatment.

Chairman Lin Yongqing made an illustrative analogy: the current mainstream flue gas treatment process adopts a series structure similar to an electrical circuit, with one link connecting to another. The flue gas sequentially goes through dust removal, desulfurization, denitrification, and cooling, finally reaching the emission standard. Any problem in the long process may lead to forced interruption of the entire treatment process or exceedance of emission standards, causing enterprises to face shutdowns. Based on its excellent multi-pollutant cooperative treatment capability, FLKCAT's ceramic fiber catalytic filter tubes allow for a "parallel" scheme, splitting the flue gas to avoid the "one fails, all fail" scenario. Moreover, FLKCAT's ceramic fiber catalytic filter tubes have strong high-temperature resistance, capable of operating at 750 degrees and withstanding instantaneous high temperatures of 900 degrees. This simplifies the flue gas cooling process, reduces cooling water usage, and more effectively recovers flue gas waste heat, achieving both pollution reduction and carbon reduction

The ceramic fiber filter tube equipment developed by FLKCAT not only enhances seismic resistance but also extends the length of the tube body from the original three meters to five meters. As the length of a single filter tube increases, the filterable surface area increases accordingly, significantly boosting the volume of treatable exhaust gas. According to proportional calculations, using FLKCAT's five-meter ceramic fiber filter tube can increase the treatable air volume by about 67% based on the original footprint. Under conditions of fixed exhaust emissions, adopting five-meter-long ceramic fiber filter tubes can effectively save equipment space, greatly reducing the land area required for installing ceramic fiber filter tubes in the plant area.

Construction of FLKCAT's New Plant

At 9:00 AM on April 2, 2024, a groundbreaking ceremony for the new plant was held at He Ye Wu Road, Hefaz Industrial Park, Daliao District, Kaohsiung City, marking a new milestone in the company's future development. Chairman Lin Yongqing personally led the board members (Directors: Gu Zhengde, Hong Jinhui; Independent Directors: Lü Ruijun, He Yida, Zhang Kunming) and guests including Chairman of Kunlun Construction: Huang Peilun, Architect: Zhang Weiming, Director of Hefaz Industrial Park: Xiao Yongda, and Deputy Director: Xiao Yuying to attend this grand event.
